Abstract:
Using the dynamic headspace bagging sampling and TCT-GC-MS analysis method, the volatile composition of Indocalamus emeiensis leaves was extracted, separated and identified. A total of 40 chromatographic humps were obtained, identified 40 kinds of component, in which 9,12-Octadecenoic acid (z, z)-methyl ester was the composition with the highest content of 27.23% and 13-Docosenoic acid methyl ester with the second highest content of 18.25%. Among 40 kinds of composition, there were 15 ester compounds,6 alcohol compounds, 8 aldehydes compounds, 8 acid compounds, 2 ketone compounds and 1 olefine compounds, according for 84.13%,7.28%, 4.65%, 3.40%, 0.42% and 0.12% of total volatile composition respectively.
