The analysis method for tebuconazole in banana and soil by HPLC (High performance liquid phase chromatography) was established. The sample was extracted from banana and soil with acetonitrile and extrac was purified on Strata/NH2 SPE column, then the sample was injected to the HPLC-UV (High performance liquid phase chromatography-Ultra-violet detector) for analysis. The lowest detection limit of instrument for tebuconazole was 2伊10-10 g, and the limit of quantitation was 0.025 mg/kg. Values of RSD袁S found in the whole fruit were in the range of 2.6%~5.3%, and values of recovery were in the ranges of 97%~99% with 0.025~0.2 mg/kg additive amount. Similarly, values of RSD袁S found in flesh were in the range of 2.0%~4.0%, and values of recovery were in the ranges of 82%~ 98%; values of RSD袁S found in soil were in the range of 1.3%~3.0%, and values of recovery were in the ranges of 82%~84%. The method met the requirement of pesticide residue analysis and could be used to detect the tebuconazole in banana and soil, which showed high accuracy, high sensitivity and good linearity. |
