Abstract:
      The effective implementation of safety and sanitation supervision of commercial porker is necessary and important to ensure the animal healthy, safety of animal products quality and public health security. In recent years, the technologies of safety and sanitation supervision of pork have improved greatly with the emphasis on safety of fleshy food and the advancement of related technologies. The results shows that by the implementation of pathogenic and serological monitoring tools, production and marketing joint construction supervision, the operation of remote clinics and circulation monitoring mode and the production and marketing joint construction of the pig, traceability system of animal health and the construction and application dyad laser engraved quarantine marking system of pig slaughter, The level of safety and health supervision pigs has effectively enhanced. This paper according to author's years of experience in application practice summarized the application of modern safety and sanitation supervision including epidemic monitoring, circulation monitoring and traceability, production and marketing of the joint inspection and slaughter quarantine technologies.
