Abstract:
Water environment and the performance of oyster(Crassostrea gigas)on 0m, 20m, 50m, 100m, 200m, 500m, 1000m and EN0m from cage fish farm in the Shenao bay was conducted from March to August 2012. The results showed that the concentration of inorganic nitrogen inorganic phosphorus and POM of water within 20 m of cage area edge were higher than 50 m outside. The inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations were 16.11 and 1.01 μmol/L on 0 m respectively, the dissolved oxygen was minimum on EN0m and 0 m. The shells high specific growth rate of 0.76%/d in cage area edge 0m, significantly higher than 50m outside, the wet weight specific growth rate within 20m of cage area edge were higher than 50m outside, but not significant. In general, the impact of cage fish farm within 20 m on water environment, particulate matter and the performance of oyster were greater than 50 m outside.
