Abstract:
      Introduce 10 high in anthocyanins and 茁-carotene varieties with the local cultivar of Guangzishu No. 1 and Guangshu 87was compared. The results show that, with high anthocyanin group Xushu 3 and Nanzishu 008, 2 varieties of fresh tuber yield and anthocyanin content much better than the check of Guangzishu No. 1, and preferable comprehensive character and adaptability. High -carotene groups Guangshu 79 and Nanshu 010, 2 varieties of fresh tuber yield and 茁- carotene content, better than the check of Guangshu 87, and preferable large and medium tuber percentage, comprehensive character and adaptability.
