| With the rapid development of the human genome project, gene chip in gene discovery and identification, gene and protein expression and function of research plays a key role. A mathematical optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper, through the designated thresholds for the pig cold resistance related gene screening. At the same time puts forward the optimization algorithm is adopted to improve the cold resistance related gene classification efficiency of the research, the generalization performance of the optimized algorithm is better, more suitable for high dimensional data. The feature selection process will feature gene screening and classification evaluation scale throughout the gene chip to screen pigs during the process of cold resistance related gene. |
