The round baler/wrapper network control system was designed based on brief analysis of round baler/wrapper爷s productive process. The network control system, whose components are mutually connected via CAN Bus, is composed of a network controller, a round baler controller, a wrapper controller and a portable manipulator. Based on STM32 microprocessor and 滋C/OS-II Real-time operating system, the design of round baler controller and wrapper controller was primarily studied. Controlled by the corresponding controllers, the round baler and wrapper cooperate with each other and the integrated process of baling and wrapping is achieved. Through experiments and tests, the controller system was proved to meet the design and control requirements. |
