Abstract:
      Selecting fresh leaves of the yu-wu"niao-wang"tea as the research object, analyze the effect of amino acids and Enzymes activity under sunny, shade, semi-shade and undergrowth different light conditions in similar altitude. The results show that: the content of amino acid in shade is lower than others significantly, sunny, undergrowth, semi-shade are not significant difference; the content of MDA in four light conditions are not significant difference; the activity of SOD in shade is lower than others significantly, sunny,undergrowth, semi-shade are not significant difference; the activity of CAT in semi-shade, shade are higher than sunny significantly ,which are not significant difference between undergrowth; the activity of POD in sunny is higher than shade significantly, which are not significant difference between semi-shade and undergrowth. Light for tea growth the most advantageous conditions order: semi-shade >sunny > undergrowth >shade.
