Abstract:
      Bacillus subtilis HAB-1 was isolated from the rhizosphere and has a strong inhibitory effect, when cultured for 72 h on different culture, media observed the colony morphology of HAB-1 and it inhibitory activity to plant pathogenic fungi. The results showed that the colony morphology of HAB-1 is obviously different in different medium plate, colony diameter ranged from 7.95~23.51 mm; though flat confrontation experiments find that antibacterial activity which HAB-1 from different media to 12 plant pathogenic fungi there is a extremely difference, the same pathogen inhibition rate difference of up to 31.33%, a minimum of 2.66%. By analyzing 7 medium component find that C source and metal ions on the HAB-1 inhibitory activity is more obvious, and N source has little effect. From the experimental results, different medium components on HAB-1 has a greater impact, in addition to affecting the growth rate also plays an important role in its generation of antibacterial substances. This also laid the foundation for the subsequent fermentation of bacteria and antibacterial substances.
