Abstract:
      The paper referenced to domestic and international food safety system of traceability process, focused on the traceability system of salted eggs products' quality and safety with the specific situation in China,set up the process of food safety traceability system for the salted eggs export enterprises. The traceability system includes enterprise management information system, products database system and traceability information system. Carry the quality control of products and traceability processes into effect through the data integration and data sharing technology, bar code and RFID technology and Network technology. Analysis what's the mainly problems in the application of the food traceability system and put forward the solutions.
