Cucumber seed and seedling was soaked and sprayed respectively to evaluate the safety of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole
to cucumber, while field trial was also conducted to evaluate the control efficacy of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole to Colletotrichum lagenarium. Results shoued that trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole had good control effect on Colletotrichum lagenarium, while plant height, root length and increase rate of stem diameter were significant lower than that of hexaconazole after seed-soaking treatment. Rate of plant height inhibition were 16.24% and 4.66% at cucumber seedling and florescence period after spraying treatment with concentration of
60mg/L, which were significant lower than that of hexaconazole. The control efficacies were 72.93%~84.97% in field trial, which was as good as that of hexaconazole but was higher than that of amistar. The study showed that trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole was safe to cucumber and efficacious to Colletotrichum lagenarium. It can be used as an alternative chemical to control Colletotrichum lagenarium. |
