Abstract:
      Antifungal activity of Photorhabdus sp.1029 against ten species of plant pathogenic fungi was tested in this paper, and the effects of the temperature, pH and the ultraviolet rays on activity of culture broth were studied preliminarily. The results showed that the Photorhabdus sp.1029 had a wide -range inhibition, especially to Phomopsis sp., Peronophythora litchi, Clavibacter sepedonicum and Ralstonia solanacearum. The antifungal activity substance from Photorhabdus sp.1029 culture broth were relatively complex. It had not only durable high temperature and ultraviolet radiation elements, but also sensible elements to them. The culture broth had highest antifungal activity at pH 7~8.
