Fusarium spp. is one of the most important animal and plant pathogenic fungi, which can cause diseases to 100 kinds of animal and plant. In the pathogenic process, the fungi can produce a variety of mycotoxin, enhance its pathogenicity and accelerate the incidence speed of host. In addition, the mycotoxin accumulated in animal and plant, not only pollute the quality of agricultural products, but also has toxicity to human, animal and plant through the different mechanism, which bring serious hidden danger to animal and human. This article briefly described the physical and chemical properties of Fusarium mycotoxins, biosynthesis genes involved, toxicity mechanism and pathogenicity of mycotoxins. |
