Abstract:
Three plants suspicious pathogenic fungi were isolated fromfin of cage cultured sicken Tincatinca from Wujiang River, named DGQ1, DGQ2 and DGQ3 respectively. Identified by means of morphological feature and molecular biology method, DGQ1 was Mucedo parvisporus, DGQ2 was Mucedo alboater Naumov, and DGQ3 was Penicillium chrysogenum respectively. We trained 3 kinds of fungies by using 4 kinds of culture mediumand 7 kinds of temperature. The result displayed that 3 kinds of fungies had good growth on Czapek agar (CA), Czapek yeast autolysate agar(CYA) and oat meal agar(OA), but had weak growth on 25%glycerol nitrate agar(G25N). The most suitable temperature for 3 kinds of fungies growth was 25℃. DGQ1 and DGQ2 barely growed at 35℃, DGQ3 could grow at 35℃with relatively slow growth rate.
