| As well as the understanding of molecular biology research, proteomics has been an important technique and an advanced approach and it includes well-established two dimensional gelelectrophoresis, advanced mass spectrometry, up-to-date protein chips, classic yeast two-hybrid system and well-recognized bioinformatics. This paper attempts toreview the current application of proteomics in the agrobiological research field, such as plant protection, agricultural drug discovery, food processing and animal health. Therefore, the latest progresses of proteomic application in agricultural research and our brief idea in perspective have been summarized in this review. |
