Abstract: |
The paper has built new input-output table of 30 industries contained pork by splitting and merging input-output table of 135 departments in Guangdong province. We have improved price impact model based on input-output model. The study showed that when pork rose 50%, four departments would be affected in the 30 departments and food department was mainly affected, other food rose 2.02%, chicken and other livestock prices rose 1.30%. In the case of pork and other departments were up 50%, vegetables and pork spread jointly to 12 departments which accounted for 40% in 30 departments. These studies provide a new reference to in-depth understanding of the internal mechanism of price fluctuations in consumer goods. |
