Abstract: |
The phospholipids from the egg of Pseudosciaena crocea were carried out by ultrasonic extraction using ethanol as solvent and the extraction yield was measured by coloration method with colorimetry of molybdenum-blue. The effects of parameters including ultrasonic-wave power, water content in ethanol, ultrasonic-wave temperature, ultrasonic-wave time on extraction yield were investigated
by single factor test and orthogonal array design methods. And the notability difference was analyzed with the statistic method of range and variance. Results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: ultrasonic-wave power was 210 W, water content in ethanol was 7%, ultrasonic-wave temperature was 42℃, ultrasonic-wave time was 20 min. The extraction yield of the phospholipids from the egg of P. crocea was reached to 59.37%. The optimized ultrasonic extraction process was efficient, reliable, stable and it was a good method to get the phospholipids from the egg of P. crocea. |
