10%, 20%, 30% fermented cassava residue feed were added to Guangxi Yulin Sanhuang chicken with 28 -day respectively, in order to analyze the effect of microbial fermentation cassava residue on broiler growth performance, survival rate, farming cost and economic benefits, and evaluate the application results. The results showed that compared to control group (CK), daily average weight increased by 7.02%, 6.95%, 6.18% in the treatment groups, the difference was significant; daily feed intake increased by 5.95%,5.82% and 21.49%, the difference was significant; feed conversion of treatment group 2 and 3 decreased by 1%, that of treatment group 4 increased by 14.5% with significant difference; morbidity of treatment group 2 and 3 decreased by 12%, 6%, respectively, that of treatment group 4 increased by 13% with significant difference. Profit analysis showed that through adding microbial fermentation of cassava residue feed to broiler with 10%-20%, it could reduce farming costs, improve survival rate and economic benefits, and the best of adding amount was 10% . |
