Abstract:
      Salt-tolerant buckwheat variety Chuanqiao No.1 and salt-sensitive buckwheat variety TQ-0808 were used as experimental materials, effects of K+ and Mg2+ with different concentrations on seeds germination and seedlings growth of buckwheat under salt stress were studied. The results showed that K+ and Mg2+ of different concentrations could obviously promote the seeds germination and seedlings growth of buckwheat under salt stress. The concentrations of K+ and Mg2+ at 10 mg/L had the best promoting effects on salt-tolerant buckwheat variety, and that at 15 mg/L had the best promoting effects on salt-sensitive variety, and the promoting effects of K+ and Mg2+ with the most suitable concentration on seeds germination and seedlings growth of salt-sensitive buckwheat variety were better than those of salt-tolerant one.
