| Abstract: |
| The ELISA and PCR technologies were used for pathogen detection of banana vein necrosis disease. The tested resultsshowed that: (i)the disease samples were positive to BBTV and CMV, and negative to BSV in ELISA; (ii)were positive to all of the three viruses above in PCR. The preliminary conclusion is that the disease may caused by co-infection of BBTV and CMV. |
