This paper applied carbon emission models to analyze the carbon emissions under different land This paper applied carbon emission models to analyze the carbon emissions under different land use types and estimate ecological compensation based on the land use data of Guizhou province in 2010. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the average level between 2005 and 2007, the overall carbon emission and carbon emission intensity of Guizhou in 2010 increased by 34.7% and 34.5% respectively. (2)The total carbon sink exceeded the overall carbon emission, and the compensation price was -1 390.11*108 yuan. Therefore, the carbon fixation was obvious. (3)The carbon emission level was uneven in all the prefectures. Guiyang had the maximum overall carbon emission and Liupanshui had the highest carbon emission intensity. By analysis, it could be seen that total carbon emission
and carbon emission intensity were closely related with industrial structure, especially the percentage of industry. In future development,Guizhou should optimize industrial structure, reduce energy consumption and play the role of carbon fixation. Other carbon resource provinces should offer some ecological compensation to Guizhou. |
