Abstract:
To enrich the theory of farmers cultivated land transfer, improve farmers cultivated land transfer policies, accelerate the appropriate scale of operation, and promote agricultural modernization simultaneously. Through the dimensionless processing of indicator data and using the indicators calculated entropy, the weight of each index could be obtained. From analysis on the index weights, we could get that: the factors which impacted farmers cultivated land transfer of Heze City were the proportion of the rural non-farm labor force accounting for the rural labor force, the proportion of the rural nonfarm labor force accounting for the total rural population, rural Engels coefficient, agricultural disaster area and the average age of migrant laborers. Their index weights sumed to 0.7739, with the conditions of order parameter. We could come to the conclusion that: to promote the speed of Heze farmers cultivated land transfer, on the one hand, we should actively inject new external energy, in the premise of ensuring the quality of urbanization, to accelerate the processing, create more opportunities and increase revenue for larger-scale transfer of rural labor employment and tertiary industries. On the other hand,we should promote agricultural modernization simultaneously , make efforts to cultivate modern agriculture business entities and professional farmers, tamp the scale of agricultural operations personnel motivation and physical infrastructure, and physical infrastructure to improve agricultural productivity and farm real estate out rate and ensure the market demand for quality agricultural products.
