Abstract:
Resistant regulating transcription factors OsDREB2.2 gene extracted from rice was mediated into wheat tissue cells by agrobacterium tumefaciens, to foster and screen stable genetic plant. Then a series of resistance genes in wheat could express, so as to develop a strong resistance of wheat varieties. Taking new varieties of wheat Agricultural University of Hebei 827, 825 and 831 bred by Agricultural University of Hebei as materials, each embryo was used as explant, after callus infection of agrobacterium, authors obtained 170.44 resistant callus, in the transformation of wheat immature embryo, obainted an average of 24.56 differentiation of callus. Resistant shoots and transformation young embryo percentage of the total reached 0.96% . The resulit indicated that the callus induction, agrobacterium infection and plantlet regeneration condition in this study is suitable.
