| Jidan 631 has characteristics of lodging resistance, high yield potential, high crude starch content, and high seed production, is suitable for planting in northeast spring maize area. Since validation and promotion, it has been welcomed by farmers and processing enterprises. In this paper, genetic basis, characteristics, high yield stability and market application prospects of Jidan 631 were analyzed. The result showed that Jidan 631 had rich genetic basis, good yield stability, strong resistance and wide adaptability, was a new maize varieties with high yield and high-quality, suitable for mechanical harvesting in Jilin province. |
