| To explore the influence of different organic nitrogen to the growth of Hisutella sinensis and the optimal medium formula to the mycelium, we compared the influence of different organic nitrogen resource on the H. sinensis growth speed and total biomass. The results indicated that either on total biomass or colonies diameters, the Tenebrio molitor lava as the nitrogen resource was superior to other kinds of nitrogen resources. In general, the three good nitrogen resources successively was T. molitor lava, beef peptone, T. molitor adult. The soy peptone was the worst nitrogen resource, only better than the control （no nitrogen added）.So we may drew the conclusion as follows: in the growth process, the H. sinensis will have priority to use the animal nitrogen resource which is similar to the natural host . |
