| With the spores of Microsorum punctatum (L.) Copel. cv. Grandiceps as the explants, the effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulator combination in medium on spore germination, prothallium increment, the sporophyte induce and proliferation were studied. The results indicated that the most suitable medium for the spores' germination was 1/2MS culture medium, its germinating was the fastest and the most effective. The prothalliums which grew on 1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L grew faster than other treatments, but sporophytes formation were invisible according to the observation. Relatively, the medium of 1/2MS+AgNO31.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.05 mg/L successfully induced the sporophytes, and the sporophytes could separate and divide regularly, which resulting in a large number of new plants from spores. |
