To creened antibacterial activity components from Jatropha Curcas L. branch- leaves. Using alcohol crude extract of petroleum ether partitioned extracts in J. curcas L. branch- leaves as an experimental material by using silica gel column chromatography, combining with PTLC preparation. At same time, each stage of separated products was carried out by tracking activity, and analyzed by GCMS,combined with sceening the main compositions of exhibited active components. The results show that with the concentration of AJ3 colony of 0.8 mg/mL, the growth inhibition rates of Alternaria brassicae (Berk.)Sacc. and Fusarium graminearum, both exceeded 85%,showing no significant differences with carbendazim, it showed that the antibacterial activity was very high. The constituents analysis of AJ3 by using GC-MS showed that, 10 maximum contents were identification, with total amount up to 83.52%, the first five maximum contents were 3-Hexylhydroperoxide, 2-Cyc,3-[1,3-benzodioxol-5-ly]-2-Propenoic acid, Hexane, 2-3-Epoxy-2-methyl-ethane, 2,4-Dimethyl-3-hexanol and Styrene, the total relative contents were 64.67%, as the main components were phenolic acides and monoterpenes. |
