Abstract:
In order to study the efficacy of Toltrazuril -Diclazuril compounded solution on coccidiosis in chickens, experimental chickens infected with Eimeria tenella Diclazuril drug-fast strain were divided into different groups, including Toltrazuril-Diclazuril compounded solution of high, medium and low (the concentration of Toltrazuril with 20 mg/L, 10 mg/L and 5 mg/L) three dose groups, the drug control groups of Baycox, Toltrazuril and Diclazuril. And in order to study the safety evaluation of Toltrazuril-Diclazuril compounded solution in chickens, the experimental chickens were divided into 4 groups, including three groups that were fed 5, 10 and 20 times of recommended dose by water for 30 days continuously, and a control group that wasn't fed drugs, the weight gain, feed remuneration, organ coefficient, blood biochemical indicators and pathological histology of chickens were determined after 15 days and 30 days, respectively. The result showed that ACI of low, medium and high dose groups of compound solution and the group of Baycox were 112.1, 182.5, 193.9 and 178.8, respectively. And the experimental chickens had a good tolerance and a wide range of safe use for the compound solution.
