Abstract:
      The characteristics of community in the Leymus chinensis+ford community and Stipa baicalensis community under different degeneration clegree grassland were investigated. The composition of community species was gradually unitary, quantity reduced , the important value of species changed obviously with grassland degeneration increasing in Hulunbuir meadow steppe. The species important values of bearing trample and palatability , such as Boeruera duriuscula, Thermopsis lanceolata and Cleistogenes squarrosa, increased gradually with grassland degeneration increasing. The grass and composite which reduced gradually in Stipa baicalensis community reduced first then increased in Leymus chinensis community. The leguminous plant reduced, the rose family, buttercup branch plant increased, other branch plant increased first, then reduced with grassland degeneration increasing.
