Abstract: |
This article explored how Uighur migrant workers migranted orderly from the three aspects of absolute income, migrant cost and social security based on 605 questionnaires and the method of Logistic Regression analysis. The results showed that rural Uighurs in Xinjiang had strong willingness of engaging in the non-farm work. They concerned about labor income and would not change the wishes of long-term migrant though migrant costs would have negative impact. They mostly worried about the labor insurance and social security when they migranted. |
