Abstract:
In order to study the effect of plant growth regulator treatments on the yield and quality of eggplant six plant growth regulator treatments which irrigated with the nutrient solution to eggplant root were designed, and the photosynthetic, growth indicators, below-ground growth indicators, yield and quality when the plant had grow 100 days and grown maturity in the greenhouse. Results showed that 5% fulvic acid, 0.01%DA-6 and 0.02% sodium nitrophenolate had different effects on the eggplant yield and quality. The effect of fulvic acid compounded with DA -6 or sodium nitrophenolate was better than alone. The plant stem diameter, leaf area, eaf number, root length, root dry weight, root activity, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, chlorophyll, fruit number, yield, Vc content, crude fiber and crude protein content improved significantly, especially the yield increased 30.7% compared to the control by using 5% fulvic acid compounded with 0.01% DA-6.
