In order to optimize the vitro maturation medium, effects of Soluble Polysaccharide, Astragalus Polysaccharide,Lucidum Polysaccharide and Lentinan Polysaccharide on oocyte maturation in vitro were studied. This test used the immature occytes from the abandoned ovarians, adding four kinds of polysaccharides with five different concentrations (0.01 mg/mL, 0.05mg/mL, 0.10 mg/mL, 0.15 mg/mL, 0.20 mg/mL) in oocyte maturation medium. The result showed that four kinds of polysaccharide had promotion effect on oocyte mature in low concentration, especially the Soluble Polysaccharide, whose maturation rate raised 27.28% compared with the control group. The high concentration of polysaccharide had different degree inhibition to oocyte maturation, leading to cells shrivel and even death. Finally, the result indicated that the maturation medium with low concentration of polysaccharide would promote the oocyte maturation and further development. |
