Abstract:
      SiteFinding-PCR was modified to amplify the full length of iron dependent repressor gene of Remerella anatipestifer, which was more simple, convenient and time-saved. The result of modified SiteFinding-PCR indicated the amplified fragment of interest was 937 bp and extended 710 bp, RaDtxR gene consisited of 654 nucleotide acids and encoded 217 amino acids. Bioinformatics analysis showed that there was a complete iron dependent repressor superfamily conserved construction domian. RaDtxR sequence was closer to the diphtheria toxin repressor (DtxR) from C. diphtheriae in the phylogenesis. The structure of RaDtxR protein modeled online using SWISS -MODEL contained the typical HTHstructure of Fur/DtxR proteins reported previously.
