| Abstract: |
| Applying a free will supply model for public goods and bringing into game playing behavior, government allowance and farms' cognization, the farm households' input inclination for miniature irrigation and water conservancy was analyzed. It was found that their input desires of both money and labor were influenced by preference, price and experience; their input desire of money but not labor was also influenced by income and game playing. Their input desire was not influenced by farmers' character. |
