| This paper analyzed the supply and demand situation of globle food (cereal) in population distribution, food security, overall situation of globle food supply and demand, globle food trade rate. Globle food problems are expatiated from the fields of connotation, evolution, development target, insecurity and change of globe food. Supply and demand situation of food domestically is discussed from the aspects of supply and demand situations of rice, wheat, corn and development trajectory of food production. Food security in China is studied from insecurity situation, development,problems and security strategy of domestic food. At last, countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of globle food security system and indicator system are put forward for the national security. |
