| Establishing agricultural enterprise -centered, market -oriented and enterprise -university collaborative technology innovation system, is one of the important means to transform agricultural sciences and technology achievements into real productivity. This paper probes into the complex behaviors and relationships in the enterprise -university collaborative research and development of agro -technology, including the relationship between R&D actors and environment, operation mechanisms of collaborative R&D, relationship between different stages of innovation process and relationship between input and output of innovation. An analytical framework is developed to study the collaborative research and development of agricultural science and technology, and relevant performance evaluation indicator system is designed with the detailed explanation of practical application. |
