Program.State and local governments have invested a lot of money, manpower and material resources since the implementation of the program. How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the Conversion of Cropland to Forest Program has become a common concern of the government, academia and society.Based on current benefit evaluation research results, the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of the Conversion of Cropland to Forest Program is established. In view of current shortage of single evaluation method, the combination evaluation method is introduced into the evaluation and the combination evaluation model is established.The comprehensive benefit of 10 typical counties in Southern China is evaluated according to the combination evaluation method. |
