Abstract:
      The dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, crude ash, P and Ca was tested in the paper. The nutritional quality evaluation by AHP with crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, and P and Ca showed the 43 germplasms could be devided into three categories: high, ordinary, and low nutritional quality. The test showed that A49 had the highest nutrition value, which including 32.35% gross dry matter, 7.20% crude protein, 4.06% crude fat, 8.07% crude ash, 75.81% neutral detergent fiber, 50.72% acid detergent fiber, 0.23% P and 0.23% Ca. Besides, the tset also indicated that A3 had the lowest nutrition value, which consisted of 32.24% gross dry matter, 4.62% crude protein, 0.51% crude fat, 6.38% crude ash, 46.40% neutral detergent fiber, 40.02% acid detergent fiber, 0.15% P and 0.09% Ca. The purpose of discussing the nutritional value of Saccharum spontaneum L. in this paper was to provide the theoretical basis of Saccharum spontaneum L. as forage grass.
