Abstract:
SPNE (Special Plant Nutritional Element) was sprayed one or two times, and the effects of spraying time on amylase activity and yield of late flowering cabbage were studied comparing with the control spraying with water. Serial analysis between the seeds of twice SPNE spraying and the control was done to test the effect of SPNE epigenetic effect of SPNE on the peroxidase activity of progeny seedling. The results showed that amylase activity as well as the yield of the late flowering cabbage increased significantly after spraying SPNE along with the increase of spray times, and the both indexs exihibited higher in twice spraying than in once spraying. Correlation analysis results also showed a positive correlation between the amylase activity and the yield of late flowering cabbage. Comparing with the control, the yield, 1000-grain weight, germinative force and vitality for cabbage seeds increased significantly after twice spraying, as well as, the leaf area became larger, the root system developed better, the peroxidase activity improved obviously, showing stronger for stress resistance and better for growth vigor. The mechanism of the effect of SPNE on late flowering cabbage was further studied in this paper.
