Abstract:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the technique of extracting deoxynivalenol from the contaminated corn and effects of contaminated feed on the changes of the growth performance, blood routine, serum biochemical indexes. A total of 10 crossbred weaner piglets with an average body weight of 7.70(依1.00) kg were randomly assigned to 2 groups as follows: control group fed with basal diet, DON group fed with basal diet + DON. The experiment lasted for 38 d. The results showed that, low dose of DON (2 mg/kg) in contaminated feed could reduce growth performance of weaner piglets, and induce some changes in part of serum biochemical and blood routine indexes, but had no obvious effect on most of indicators, and had no influence on the viscera index.
