Taking the conventional aromatic rice, Guixiangzhan and Meixiangzhan as materials, using pot experiment,
effects of different nitrogen application in different periods on aroma of aromatic rice and their mechanism were studied. The
results showed that, nitrogen application aromatic rice Guixiangzhan and Meixiangzhan could increase the free proline content
and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline content in brown rice, while for Meixiangzhan, the treatment of basal and tillering fertilizer nitrogen
reduced 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline content in brown rice. |
