Abstract:
      By pot experiment, fertilizer efficiency of different kinds of ecological breeding padding was compared. The results showed that after application of different kinds of ecological breeding padding, content of soil organic matter (SOM), available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and activities of acid phosphatase, catalase, proteinase significantly increased, plant height and biomass of lettuce increased by 32.05%~48.78% and 32.97%~92.56% respectively compared with control treatment (CK). Meanwhile, after application of different kinds of ecological breeding padding, the quality of lettuce significantly enhanced, the content of vitamin C (VC) and soluble protein increased by 2.7~5.93 times and 23.64%~46.67%, respectively. Different kinds of ecological breeding padding had different effects on lettuce, ecological chicken and duck breeding padding with high nutrient content had the maximal yield-improving effects, ecological pig breeding padding had better effect on SOM. At the same time, nutrient utilization rate of padding that had shorter hours of use was higher.
