| Small-scale fisheries important parts of fisheries, also make泽tremendous contributions to the country's
economic, employment, food security. However, the lack of organization and scale seriously affects industrial management
and upgradation. Compared to the existing centralized management model, co -management mechanism based on
fishermen's organizations can not only solve these problems faced by small-scale fisheries, but also achieve democratic
governance, promote compliance and reduce administrative costs. Through analyzing the co-management mechanism theory
and its practice in relevant countries, and combined with our small-scale fisheries situation, the paper points out that to
promote the establishment and development of small -scale fisheries organizations, government needs to empower and
cooperate with fisheries organizations, as well as accelerate the improvement of relevant laws and regulations and increase
capital investment and so on. |
