In order to study differences of photosynthetic characteristics in different rice male sterile cytoplasm, taking
three different types of male sterile cytoplasm in the production application and maintain two yuan sterile line configuration
as the test materials, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and photosynthetic pigment content were
determined. The results showed that, the photosynthetic pigment content, net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance
reached significant or extremely significant difference among rice combinations. Net photosynthesis among different types of
cytoplasmic reached extremely significant level. Chla, Chlb content and net photosynthetic rate of G-type cytoplasm rice
combinations were significantly higher than those of other rice combinations. Hybrid combinations with JW-type cytoplasm
had better cytoplasmic effect than Wild Abortive cytoplasmic and G-type cytoplasm. |
