Using buds and leaves from tea plant as experimental materials, their catechins contents were detected by
HPLC, differential expression of transcription factor MYB, bHLH were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing, and then
the correlation between catechins content and transcription factor MYB, bHLH expression were analyzed. The results
indicated that the correlation coefficient of total catechin contents, ester catechin contents with three MYB transcription
factor genes comp150334_c1, comp143073_c0, comp130756_c0 were above 0.80; The correlation coefficient of total
catechin contents, ester catechin contents with three MYB transcription factor genes comp166178_c0, comp159173_c0,
comp109329_c0, three bHLH transcription factor genes comp159534_c2, comp159225_c0, comp142932_c0 were above
0.75. The results provide theoretical basis for the key transcription factor genes of catechins biosynthesis in tea plant. |
