The volatile components of different tissues of Feizixiao litchi fruit were investigated and compared. Gas
chromatography -mass spectrometry combined with headspace solid phase micro -extraction was used to determine the
contents of volatile components from different tissues, such as pericarp, pulp and seed of Feizixiao litchi fruit. The results
showed that the main volatile components of Feizixiao fresh litchi fruit were alkenes, alcohols, aldehydes, esters, acids and
alkanes. In Feizixiao litchi pericarp, pulp and seed, there were 8 compounds, DL-limonene, Citronellyl acetate, Nerol,
Germacrene-D,DL-Bergamotane, DL-Curcumene, DL-zingiberene and DL-Farnesene were detected simultaneously. However,
their relative contents were varied. The relative contents of DL-zingiberene in pericarp, pulp and seed of Feizixiao fresh
litchi fruit were 20.22%, 5.31% and 1.31%, respectively. |
