Callus and adventitions bud of Gipsy Queen were induced with columella and stem of Gipsy Queen as
explants and with the MS added different concentrations of 6-BA (0, 1.0, 2.0 mg/L) and NAA (0, 0.01, 0.05 mg/L) as
nutrient medium. The results showed that the callus could be easily induced in MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L, the
induction rate was 50.0%, and the induced callus was loose and granular appeared yellowish. The best lateral bud induced
medium was MS+NAA 0.01 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L, and the budding rate was 170%. The best multiplied medium was MS+
NAA 0.01 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L, and the proliferation times was up to 3.39. |
