Abstract:
      This paper designs a kind of intelligent fertigation system based on Android platform. This system implements the function that the temperature and humidity information of farmland and soil can be collected and stored in 24 hours and beyond distance's restriction, which could send the date and information collected by sensors to mobile terminal based on Android through lot gateway. Meanwhile, the system also can control the switch of solenoid valve for farmland's water pump, warehouse of fertilizer and mixing pool according to farmland's information received by Android client, so that the farmer can fertigate the farmland intelligently whenever and wherever they are possible. The system runs well and can be handled easily on the telephone for experiment, and the hardware of the system costs less because of high cost performance for the mobile terminal based on Android platform, which are convenient for farmer to accept this technology.
