“Daigeng farmers”are the vulnerable groups of the agricultural floating population in Pearl River Delta, are
marginalized in the society, suffer from the dual marginality characteristics including social exclusion and lack of rights.
They have to bear multi-dimensional social exclusion in economics, politics, culture, social welfare and education, and
simultaneously, when involved with the lack of various rights, they have to face the dilemma that no one responses to their
demands. Combined social ostracism with lack of rights as the basic situation of 野Daigeng farmer冶, the analysis on its
origins and social harmfulness will be the positive method to study the social exclusion elimination and rights protection. |
