Abstract:
To research the change rules of instantaneous rate of oxygen of Macrobrachium nipponense at different temperatures and the correlation between it and dissolved oxygen, using M. nipponense with average body length of 5.59(依 0.05) cm and average body weight of 4.09 (依0.06) g as testing shrimps, 4 temperature gradients of 15益, 20益, 25益, 30益 were set up to conduct the closed respiratory test, to get varying condition of oxygen consumption of M. nipponense with time increasing. The results indicated that instantaneous rate of oxygen consumption of M. nipponense decreased with time increasing, and they had good power function relation. The respiratory type of M. nipponense belonged to compliance. In suitable dissolved oxygen and temperature range, instantaneous rate of oxygen consumption of M. nipponense increased with dissolved oxygen and temperature increasing, and it showed a good linear correlation with both dissolved oxygen and temperature.
